Delivery Coverage

We ship to all states and union territories of India, including:

Metro cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune
All state capitals and major cities
Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India
Rural and remote areas (subject to courier service availability)

If your delivery location is in a remote area where standard courier services are not available, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation and suggest alternative delivery options.

Order Processing Time

Order processing begins after order confirmation and advance payment (where applicable). Processing timelines vary by product type:

Standard products (non-customized): 3-5 working days for processing and dispatch
Customized/branded products: 10-20 working days depending on quantity, design complexity, and customization type
Bulk orders (500+ units): 15-25 working days, depending on production capacity and order volume

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

Delhi NCR: 1-2 working days
Metro cities: 2-4 working days
State capitals and major cities: 3-6 working days
Tier-2/Tier-3 cities: 5-8 working days
Remote/rural areas: 7-12 working days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, logistics partner delays, or government restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined based on:

Order weight and dimensions
Delivery location (distance from Delhi)
Shipping method selected (standard or express)

For bulk orders, shipping charges may be negotiated as part of the overall order quote. Free shipping may be offered for qualifying bulk orders at our discretion.

We use reputed logistics partners for reliable and timely delivery:

Standard shipping: Surface transport via trusted courier partners (DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.)
Express shipping: Air freight for urgent orders (additional charges apply)
Bulk shipping: Dedicated transport for large volume orders

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Courier name and tracking number
Estimated delivery date

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order placement.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.
If the delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will attempt re-delivery (typically 2 more attempts).
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Re-dispatch charges will apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within India. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly, and we will assess feasibility based on your location and order requirements.

Damage During Transit

While we take utmost care in packaging, if your product arrives damaged during transit:

Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed for claims with the courier.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
